Do I receive a proof before production?
Yes! Every custom logo order includes a digital proof for your approval before production begins.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order as few as one hat or outfit your entire team. Volume pricing is automatically applied.
How much does logo digitizing cost?
New logos require a one-time $20 digitizing fee. Once your logo is digitized, there is no charge to use it again on future orders.
Can I reorder using my existing logo?
Absolutely! If we've embroidered your logo before, simply choose "Use My Existing Logo" when placing your order.
What file types can I upload?
We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG, and most common logo formats. If you're unsure, upload what you have and we'll let you know if we need anything else.
Can I choose where my logo is embroidered?
Yes! Front embroidery is included. You can also add left-side or back embroidery during checkout.
How long does production take?
Most custom hat orders ship within 7–10 business days after proof approval. Larger orders may require additional production time.
Can I order different hat colors?
Yes! You can mix hat colors within the same style while still receiving volume pricing.
