How to Order Towels

1. Choose Your Towels
Select team or golf towels, choose your towel color and quantity. Quantity discounts apply automatically to qualifying orders.

2. Add Your Logo & Personalization
Upload your logo or select “Logo On File with Threaded Names.” For team towels, optional player names and numbers are included. Enter your roster in the personalization box, or email it after checkout with your order number.

3. Checkout & We’ll Get Started
Complete your order online. Please allow at least two weeks for production after we receive your logo and complete personalization details, plus shipping time. Have a firm deadline? Contact us before ordering.
How to Order Hats & Apparel

1. Request a Quote
Tell us about your team, club or business. Include the products you’re interested in, approximate quantity, preferred colors and date needed. Not sure which styles to choose? We can help.

2. Work Out the Details
We’ll follow up by email to review your logo, discuss product options and provide pricing. Together, we’ll confirm sizes, colors, decoration details and your production timeline.

3. Confirm Your Order
Once you’re ready, we’ll provide payment instructions and finalize your order. After payment and all required details are received, we’ll prepare your custom gear and ship it when complete.

Embroidery
Your design stitched with thread for a textured finish. A great choice for team and golf towels, hats, polos, quarter-zips and jackets.

DTF Printing
Your design printed in full color and heat-applied to apparel. A great choice for T-shirts, sweatshirts and designs with lots of colors or fine details.

Do you offer both embroidery and printing?
Yes. We offer embroidery and DTF printing and can recommend the best option for your project.
Which is better: embroidery or DTF printing?
Neither is better for every project. Embroidery is great for a premium professional look, while DTF is ideal for full-color or detailed designs.
Can I use the same logo on different products?
Yes. Many customers order embroidered hats and polos along with printed t-shirts or sweatshirts.
How long does production take?
For towels, please allow at least two weeks for production after we receive your logo and complete personalization details, plus shipping time.
For hats and apparel, we’ll confirm your timeline during the quote process based on the products, quantity and availability.

Do you have minimum order quantities?
There is no minimum order for towels—you can order just one! For hats and apparel, we’ll discuss any minimum quantities when preparing your quote.
